Engineered & Solid Hardwood Floor Refinishing
99% Dustless Hardwood Floor Refinishing is a great way to make your old wood floors look new again. It fixes problems like deep scratches, chips, dents, stains, and worn spots. You can refinish solid, engineered, and parquet floors. We use water-based finishes and stains with no smell that dry quickly. Oil-based finishes are available too.
Pros and Cons of Hardwood Sanding & Finishing: It is the best method to remove dents, scratches, and other damage by taking off some of the floor’s top layer. Sanding lets the wood be stained a new color, with many stains to choose from. The downside is that refinishing takes off about 0.5 – 1.5 mm of the top layer each time, so it can only be done a limited number of times, as specified by the hardwood type.

Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing (Buffing & Polishing)
Sandless Hardwood Refinishing is great for wood floors in good condition that just need a refresh. This method uses a sanding machine to lightly scuff the floor (like buffing) and an etching chemical on the surface. It fixes small damages before adding a new top coat. This is also called hardwood buffing or polishing.
Pros and cons of Sandless refinishing: This method is moderately intense. It’s quicker and cheaper than traditional sanding. It doesn’t remove much of the hardwood’s top layer, but it’s not completely dust-free, so you might notice some dust at home. This method won’t fix deep scratches or dents and doesn’t allow for staining the floor.

However, Hardwood Recoating and Cleaning is best for floors in good condition with few or no damage spots. It removes dirt, dust, and oil that can weaken the floor and lead to costly repairs later. Many choose recoating to extend the floor’s protective layer and avoid refinishing. While most hardwood floors can be refinished a few times, recoating is a great way to maintain them and save money over time.
Recoating doesn’t fix deep scratches and dents or change the floor’s color.
